The TZP Leipzig Planungsgesellschaft für Energie- und Versorgungstechnik mbH was founded in 1990 and is responsible for the planning and construction management of all building services throughout Germany and internationally.

The aim of our work is to optimally implement the owners 'and architects' wishes. In doing so, we are always looking for tailor-made economic solutions, whereby a final completion of each project is our top priority.

We make the decisions of the builders by means of comparison of variants, profitability calculations as well as statements of the expected operating costs.

Thanks to our many years of experience, we are able to clearly clarify the interfaces to the shell and other constructions. Each of our work steps is accompanied by constant cost control so that the given financial framework can be adhered to.

In our work we have at our disposal the latest office technology including CAD workstations. In addition, we receive up-to-date, scientific information from our cooperation with regional universities and, as mentors, take care of students and interns in order to impart practical knowledge through our team.
